This initial phase of keyholding includes a detailed property inspection, with the respective report. By carefully assessing a property before we start work, Keyholding delivers the desired result. To provide peace of mind to our members, there will be scheduled monthly visits for property inspection, either directly with our staff, or by activating our specialized partners.

REPORTING
To keep track of all the maintenance services your property has undergone or requires, Keyholding will issue monthly property status reports to ensure an accurate view of your property’s status and requirements.

TECHNICAL EMERGENCIES
As prevention is often not always enough, quite often problems arise in your property (leaks, electrical, etc.). For this reason we are in direct communication in order to solve them immediately, either by us or by our specialized team. Depending on the package agreed there is an annual deductible amount for spare parts.
These thorough property inspections will help members feel secure that damages, malfunctions and breaking and entering will not be an issue.
UTILITY BILLS
As part of our concierge services, we will take care of the monotonous task of paying bills and tending to chores, leaving you at liberty to focus on the more enjoyable things in life.
